Political content, offensive content, hate speech, racist depictions, NSFW of REAL people, Real people, NSFW content I am uncomfortable with or fuzzy on the legality of (this will not blacklist you, please ask I understand everyone has a different definition of what is ok and what isnt).

Terms of Service:
By commisioning me you agree to NOT utilize my work for commercial or monetary reasons, this DOES NOT include youtube and online streaming. You are agreeing that you are 18+ by commisioning me, ID may be requested or service refused if I suspect you are not 18+, NO EXCEPTIONS DO NOT COME TO ME SAYING "Well I'm 17, 18 in a few weeks." I will REFUSE all further service to you even AFTER you are 18. I can refuse service at anytime, providing a full refund if the user has already paid. You agree to respect my boundries and if made uncomfortable I can and will terminate your commision, again providing a full refund. I will not post your artwork without explicit and written consent. I own the right to the art created NOT any characters featured in your commision. Certain projects may be paid in installments, depending on circumstance, if so payments must be paid on time in full. The client also agrees to NOT credit me for my work if they choose to post it on corperate owned social media, we may disscuss credit if posted on a decentralized social website.
Refund policy:
Refunds are issued for only a few reasons. The client is unhappy with my work, a partial refund of 50% is issued. I refuse service AFTER payment, a full refund will be issued. Other unforseen situations, I.E. I am hospitalized or my client is under finacial stress, a disscused refund is issued.
